Rock climbing is a whole lot of fun and a fantastic option for a Team Building day in Tauranga. 
Whether you want to focus on trust and communication or just give your staff a well-deserved break from the office - one of the packages below is
sure to suit perfectly:

Option 1) Standard Rock Climbing 
Enjoy 2 hours of standard rock climbing. Split into groups of 2 - one person climbs while the other belays. 
A great option for working on effective communication and trust within your group - if you drop your work mate they'll never let you live it down.

Option 2) Rock Climbing + Clip 'n' Climb 
 One hour of standard rock climbing followed by an hour of Clip 'n' Climb. This second option doesn't require anyone to belay - instead, climbers will be attached
to an automatic harness that allows you to climb unassisted - this one if is a lot of fun as it allows you to race your workmates up the wall - bring that competitive edge to your event.

Option 3) Clip 'n' Climb + Vertical slide + leap of faith. 
This option requires a little more nerve from your group's participants. While you'll get to do the fun clip 'n' climb this also include the verticle slide, here you will hold on to handles bar that will
then pull you 9 metres up a verticle slide (of course) - dangle there for a bit, then take a breath, let go and shoot down the slide feet first - it will feel a lot scarier than it sounds. Next up is the leap of faith, you will need to climb a tower to get up to a diving board - from here you need to jump and try to grab onto the trapeze hanging just out of reach. Don't worry if you miss though - you will be attached to an automated harness so no fear of falling to the ground; probably easier said than done. 

Option 4) Team Building + 1 hr Clip 'n' Climb
1 hour of unassisted climbing followed by an hour of team building games - this option is especially great if you're wanting to focus on communication, trust and problem solving for your team building day. 
The team building games will see you split into groups of 2 or more (depending on overall group size) where you will be giving physical and mental tasks to complete. This will tire out your mind as well as your muscles. 

If you'd like to make a day of it and include some food and drink, there is also a space available for hire where your group can relax.
