A bit about the amazing race 

This engaging activity is meticulously designed to amplify enjoyment and collaboration among participants. Through a blend of communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and creative challenges, every team member is empowered to contribute their unique skills towards achieving collective success.

Preparation: Our dedicated race coordinator meets your team at the briefing location 30 minutes prior to the race start. If teams haven't been assigned beforehand, we facilitate team formation to ensure balanced participation and competitiveness.

During the Race: Teams embark on their journey equipped with our custom app, facilitating direct communication with our race coordinator. The map-based software guides teams through Wellington's CBD, where challenges and checkpoints await. These challenges include media tasks and trivia questions tied to specific locations, ensuring a blend of physical activity and mental agility.

Race Management: Throughout the race, our coordinator monitors teams' progress in real-time. This allows us to provide immediate support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure fair play among all participants. Each challenge is scored promptly to maintain excitement and competitiveness.

Post-Race Activities: Upon completing the race, teams reconvene at the debrief location. Here, we showcase the media collected during the race and announce scores. Awards and medals are presented to the winning team, celebrating their achievements and teamwork.

Venue and Presentation:

After the race, join us at our stunning historical venue located within a short walk from Wellington Train & Bus Station. Enjoy a delicious meal and participate in the awards presentation in one of our function spaces. There's no room hire fee, but a minimum spend applies. Our set menu options cater to various tastes and dietary preferences, ensuring everyone leaves satisfied.

Final Presentation: Allow approximately 20 minutes for final scoring and media organization. Results are displayed on-screen, showcasing each team's submissions and scores. A detailed presentation follows, highlighting team achievements, bonuses received, and concluding with the announcement of final standings from bottom to top.
